This is an old customer of Panda Mech in West Africa. Previously, he bought 5 fuel tanks in April 2017. Later, in July 2018, the customer needed to purchase 15 fuel tankers due to business expansion. The customer asked us again and wanted a 45,000-liter tanker with the same specification. Based on trust, the customer did not communicate with us too much. He just confirmed the specifications and placed orders with us. All the fuel tankers have been finished on September 22 and are ready to be delivered to West Africa.
