4. Finally, check all the valves. Close the exhaust valve and butterfly valve to avoid loss during transportation.

How to unload cement bulk trailer safely?

1. First, connect the discharge pipe and close the following valves: pressure relief ball valve, external air source ball valve, secondary air ball valve, and discharge butterfly valve.

2. When starting the engine, it must be started smoothly, and then the air compressor starts smoothly, gradually increasing the knot speed, so that the air compressor reaches the rated speed, and the tank is inflated.

3. When the pressure rises to 0.15Mpa, open the secondary air ball valve to clean the exhaust pipe, make sure that the exhaust pipe is not blocked, and then close the secondary air ball valve.

4. When the pressure reaches 0.2Mpa, the discharge butterfly valve should be opened to start unloading.

5. Then you can unload the front part of the tank first, first make the cement bulker blow in the gas in the back part, when the discharge is relatively small, then unload the powder at the back part of the tank, so that the unloading is completed.

6. The last step is to confirm that there is no residual material in the front and rear air chambers, and then turn off the engine, turn off the air compressor, open the pressure relief ball valve, the discharge butterfly valve can close it, remove the quick connector, and then remove the hose. Put it back in the car to complete the unloading work.

How to clean the cement tanker?

Dry bulk trailer generally does not need to be cleaned, because the powder loaded can be unloaded. If there is a little residue, it is harmless. It can be washed directly with water if it needs to be leaned.
